Future proof your workforce with the next generation of talent
It is widely recognised that aircraft maintenance professionals who started their career as a Marshall apprentice are some of the most competent in the industry. That's why choosing Marshall Skills Academy to deliver your apprenticeship programme is the best way to ensure your new talent can hit the shop floor running. There are also several ways that we can support our customers with their recruitment and selection process to ensure they onboard the very best talent.
Marshall Skills Academy works with its partners to help tackle the growing global skills gap for aviation maintenance professionals, delivering the level 2 qualification at our renowned training facility in Cambridge to ensure that all apprentices get off to the best possible start.
Subsequent years are delivered using a blended learning approach that combines hands on experience at our customers' locations with invaluable support from the Marshall team.
Combining theory with practical, hands-on experience we ensure that our apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be the best in the industry.
If you have specific skills gaps that you would like us to focus on modules can be adapted to meet your requirements.

As a Government Approved (RoATP) centre with Main Provider status we can access funding to deliver your apprenticeships whether you are a Levy or non-Levy paying employer. We can also help you manage your digital account if required.
We deliver your programme and develop the teaching and assessment skills within your existing team to build the appropriate infrastructure to support your apprentices. If required we can also help provide accommodation whilst your apprentices are based in Cambridge.
