  • A generous pension plan with enhanced employer contributions up to 9%, depending on business
  • Life assurance at 2-4x basic salary

Compensation

While we don’t advertise salaries, we do benchmark against market rates to ensure we remain competitive and equitable. We regularly review salaries to reflect changing or growing responsibilities and market conditions.

All colleagues are invited to join our annual bonus scheme after a qualifying period.

Additionally, overtime payment is available for colleagues in some operational roles.

We can also support employees with relocation, living allowances and travel expenses where applicable.

Flexible working

The nature of our work means that many colleagues need to be on site to do their job.

For roles with less of a hands-on nature, we offer dynamic working and encourage colleagues and their managers to find a balance that works for the individual and their team, typically three days a week in the office.

We understand that life happens and we trust our colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for their customers; flexibility will be offered wherever possible to give you balance.
